In your user profile you manage your personal data, billing details and administration settings. The billing details from your profile are used for payment and appear on invoices from LOCO.

Where to find your profile

Click the three dots next to your account name (top-right) and select User profile. This opens the Edit user page.

Personal data

• Name and surname
• Login (email) — the email you sign in with. You cannot change it here; contact your administrator to change the login.
• Contact email
• Change password — once checked, fields for the new password and its confirmation appear.

Billing details

• IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (CIN) — the identification number of a company, natural or legal person, non-profit organization, and others.
• VAT ID — in the international format, for example CZ12345678 (two letters standing for the country code, followed by the taxpayer number). This number is also essential for the correct evaluation of the Reverse Charge in the case of international sales.
• VAT payer
• Company name / Name and surname — your business name (company name) or your name and surname.
• Street and house number, City, Zip Code, Country
• Phone number
• Email for invoicing

Settings

• Administration language — English, Czech, Croatian, Slovak, Slovenian.
