This page lists common export errors and how to fix them. In the export connection overview, export errors show as a red number. You can click the number to see affected products and open the error details.

If you use Ignore errors to retry, keep in mind: if the underlying issue is not fixed, the export will fail again.

Most common fixes

• Check import/export connection settings (e.g., “do not translate parameter name” vs. export requiring everything translated).
• Update translations for new/changed product parts (categories, parameters, …).
• Re-run export after fixing the issue.
